May’s Patch Notes give you visibility on the smaller improvements to make FACEIT smoother, fairer, and more enjoyable for all players. They won’t address major topics like smurfing, cheating, or server performance as we’re saving those for a more detailed blog once we have proven meaningful improvements to share.
Here are the minor improvements in May, so you can see FACEIT evolving!

We’ve also been testing Voice chat for parties with the following in May:

VOIP Latency: You can also view packet loss and jitter metrics alongside existing audio processing latency, making it easier to troubleshoot or compare performance with other tools.
Faster Party Access: We've streamlined the process of opening your party so you can spend less time processing and more time playing in a group that’s a better fit for you
Fixed an annoying Elo Calculation bug caused Elo not to update after a cheater was banned. For example, your Elo would be returned when they were banned but when you played your next match it would overwrite the returned Elo. That’s resolved and reverts will reflect accurately moving forward.
Public Rankings Restored: The ranking page is back after a brief pause so you can keep admiring donk as he looks to cement another season as the #1 ranked player.

Division Badges: ESEA League divisions now appear in match rooms, making it easier to spot who is competing in a higher division.
New Performance Leaderboards: We've added player performance tracking to make it easier for talent scouts to spot up-and-coming players.
Simplified Team Switching: At the end of registration, Open players would receive a confusing “You have been removed” notification as they were moved to a more balanced division. Now you will be moved silently to the most appropriate division for your skill to avoid creating unnecessary panic.
New Organiser tournament scheduling tools: We released a new rescheduling system for organizers, so if you are a community event creator, you will be have the same scheduling tools available in ESEA League
Reduced Wasted Time: The “contact admin” option is now hidden the day after completed tournaments to avoid wasting time with players reaching out to staff who aren’t checking that event.
We want these Patch Notes to transparently give you a feel for what we’re improving while we actively work on larger updates improving smurf detection, anti-cheat, and server performance. We’ll share more soon when we’re ready to share meaningful progress.
This month, we have tried to streamline the Patch Notes, following your feedback about wanting a quick way to see relevant updates rather than read paragraphs of text. Let us know your feedback on this shorter form of Patch Notes in this survey, and what you want to see next!
Good luck grinding!
